The last suspension took around 10 working days to lift....and at the end they came back with 25% reduction in bid, dropped no shop clause.
im guessing this suspension will not lift on monday, they will watse another week or more to come back with more garbage for shareholders.....
theye are probably sitting by the fax machine waiting for NDRC to send thru extension confirmation, and here we are thinking there is furious negotiations taking place behind closed doors.....
