    Not sure if this has been mentioned before, and i know this report is in general refering to GWR. However if you look at the last page (page 7) of the PDF https://www.sanford.com.au/ComNews/20070622/00732158.pdf it confirms my beleifs that this share is a bargain. Im failing to see why its not worth so much more?
