Good Luch Bargearse,

It's very hard to have had the chance to buy earlier, and then bite the bullet and buy at current levels.

But that's exactly what I have largely done - even though I have been buying for a while, my average is around current levels.

There is very good value still at these levels and I think if we can hold for a couple of years, current prices will seem like they were bargain basement teritory at $1.15.
