Sorry ERM gas/power are not the be all and end all in O&G sector, you may not agree, shame.
believe me mankind found hydrocarbons before ERM power got listed on the ASX.
put this simply for you, if this is a buyer and seller.arrangement. That is "Empire" being the buyer and ERM power being the seller
well since we are the ones with the money as the "buyer" we hold the power and as a buyer I would say to the seller NO DEAL.
what there suggesting is pay us this much or else.
i am voting no unless the is some upside I am missing and as I said yesterday the board should get on the front foot and start to sell this dodge deal if there wanting ego shareholders to for it.
i would love to explore how empires board arrived at the amount we should be will to pay but got some light reading to do.

why did the board publish this dollar amount when it states ERM/gas assets needs to be valued by a independent valuation ?
