My take on the announcement was that ERM is not proceeding with the farmin of those two permits, hence the figures quoted in the corporate transaction announcement are the pre-farmin figures.
The farmins, as I understand it have been delayed awaiting DMP approval for renewal of the permits so won't be drilled for some time yet. The renewals should also sort out the issue of Allied Oil & gas Plc's interest as presumably they are not included as a party to the renewal.
