I forgot to mention the enormous amount of insider selling that is happening at Disc Medicine when I posted about how they are losing cash at an ever increasing rate yesterday according to the latest results. This seems strange when they are meant to be trying for FDA approval for EPP later this year? But there are a lot of strange things around Disc and Clinuvel as the comparison is a total paradox when cash burning Disc is worth around $2.5 Billion compared to super profitable Clinuvel worth only a bit more than $300 Million when you take out the massive cash holding. Disc hoping for FDA submission/approval on tiny EPP with no Phase 3 completed and Clinuvel getting closer every day to completing their blockbuster Vitiligo phase 3 while growing profits.
So an article on MarketBeat said insiders at Disc have sold "361,690 shares of company stock worth $19,648,094 over the last three months" which seems like a pretty enormous amount and I believe that is US dollars too. Someone better at reading US SEC filings might care to verify this because it's pretty amazing stuff in my opinion. Going to be very interesting to watch the comparison between these two companies over the next couple of years.
