Yes, they do want to change to a higher capacity rig to be able to drill through in an 8" hole I belive.
What bothers me is this: They finished running the 9" casing, then drilled from 4000 to 4700+ in a week, with a rig thats apparently a bit second hand with 8" holes at the business end of the deal. Hope,Wait,and See I guess.
