Seems to me there have been quite a few ST $4,$5,$6.50 targets from other stock analists over the last 18 months, all wrong.
Haywoods are involved in the marketing of BMN,and derive income from that initiative.
Projection of $4- $4.50 is just dangling the carrott to potential 'buyers'.
Bit like a car salesman "Only driven to church on Sunday by a lttle old lady" sought of stuff.lol
By the way ,blind Freddy can see that the SP will reach those targets and way beyond, but Fred, Haywoods et al cant predict the time this will happen.
