The company is in suspension because they will have to recomply to Chapters 1 and 2 as the ASX considers the new identity a different business. It has nothing to do with them purposely suspending themselves. Have a look at the timetable. Recompliance is expected by 7th February. I'm not expecting it to relist until then. This requirement is designated by the ASX, not OBJ. I've seen this many times before, a company in suspension while waiting CHapter 1/2 recompliance. Your complaint is futile imo.
