Hi RJ.... at the moment the plan is to start NYRADA as a two thirds, one third owned company with Noxopharm having the two thirds share. I’m sure NOX holders will not get shares in their individual names.... but in theory at least we will collectively own two thirds of the company. Whether that two thirds holding will be reflected in the NOX shareprice remains to be seen.
Of course the division of shares will change over time once new money comes in and takes some of the float. When there is eventually in IPO in the USA.... then you will likely be able to subscribe in your own name.
As RBx has already pointed out..... this is yet another great opportunity and well worth following the technology involved.
