Saw this article on the weekend, put out by the OECD with the IEA listing expected cheapest energy options, albeit with some modelled assumptions:

Of note are the comments re geothermal in Australia potentially offering the cheapest future option but the distance from transmission lines being critical.
I hope Canberra is watching.
With the recent ABARE levellised rankings supporting HSA's leading postion compared to other sources including EGS, wouldn't it be great if only we could have a derisked HSA play right under existing transmission lines? Anyone know of one? lol.
