2011 Outlook

The consumption of the group?s nylon products continues to be strong and Mesbon is also expecting
solid results for 2011. However, the Company has identified factors that may affect its trading
conditions in 2011.
Because of global uncertainties and the micro economic factors that will have a direct impact on the
financial performance and the business outlook of Mesbon in 2011, the directors are
currently reviewing the management financial forecast for Mesbon in FY 2011.
Consequently, Mesbon is not in the position to make any quantitative forecasts of its financial
expectations for 2011 until at least the first quarter results are known. The Company however will
provide market guidance in a timely manner and when the impact of these factors on Mesbon can be
quantified and the trading conditions and trends are ascertained.
The company is cautiously confident to move forward through 2011 and continues to look for growth,
including merger & acquisition opportunities.

Conclusion

The last 12 months has seen the company stabilise its operations after a year of economic recovery.
Through a strong culture of dedication and delivery to our customers, Mesbon has improved its
performance significantly. I expect this improvement to continue in this coming year. I am extremely
proud of the commitment shown by staff throughout the company and the professionalism displayed
by them. Our team and plan to take the company forward is intact. We will continue to expand and
develop so as to grow and prosper for our shareholders.
