I suppose they will come out of the next feasability study they initiate.

This will be about the 15th they have initiated over the past 4 years, while they take their director fees and allow this deposit to linger.

Skeet finished off with this in the ann:

"The Board of Kings Management NL is highly encouraged by these initial pit optimisation results. The optimized pit contains significant resources that has a very favourable strip ratio and are located in an area with well established infrastructure. These results form a portion of the scoping study which is due to be completed shortly. The results of the scoping study will lead to a decision on initiating a feasibility study early next year."

So, after 15 previous scoping studies and feasability studies this one will lead to the decision on whether to initiate another (ANOTHER) one early next year.

The reason why they can't push this project through?

The only conclusion can be:

Unfeasible.

work on the Cerro del Gallo gold-silver-copper deposit located at the San Antón project in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico.

Highlights

• Potential in pit resources estimated at 260.6Mt grading 1.02g/t gold equivalent, or 8.5 million ounces of gold equivalent, at a conceptual strip ratio is 0.57. These resources are based on a US$600/oz gold price, US$10.80/oz silver price and a US$3.00/lb copper price.

• Potential in pit resources estimated at 124.5Mt grading 1.02g/t gold equivalent, or 4.1 million ounces of gold equivalent, at a conceptual strip ratio is 0.44. These resources are based on a US$500/oz gold price, US$9/oz silver price and a US$1.50/lb copper price."

Where did the 4m ounces of au equiv go in the past 2 years?

Looking forward to the next Scoping Study and the next PFS, then the next PFS, before they might go to a FS and then maybe in a few years a BFS, before a DFS sometime in the 22nd century.
