Very interesting trade. I'd like more info on it.

Someone O/S got away 15Million shares. My question is, who is the buyer ? This was obviously a pre-arranged deal. Maybe a broker took shares off a client who wanted out or maybe the management cleaned up a holder who wanted to exit.

I wouldn't mind knowing what the circumstances were.

This kind of deal done privately isn't the kind of volume to move the SP guys. Depending on your outlook and the circumstances it's either good or a bad thing for the SP. Could be the removal of a weak holder (SP +ve). Could be an institutional investor running away (looks bad SP -ve). If it had been done on the open market the SP would have been smashed so I'm glad it wasn't.
