I also like to add that all of the mining is still transitional ores. So the output is always poor or unpredictable.

once we get to the main ore body, things will be quite different. The key atm is to get our process right. I think we are heading towards the right direction atm. If we can get to the planned 2.50 per pound, then we can do well even at the current low poc and pos.

I believe this is what montsant is looking at.
