Yes I agree .. it was "interesting" wording from WPL for a change. They usually take every opportunity to downplay expectations and given the well is at TD they would have some idea as to whether they encountered anything or not. They certainly can't be confident though until logs are done so as per their reporting protocol they aren't saying anything at this stage.

There's still hope but there would be more if they said something like "a complete suite of testing and evaluation procedures will now be done to determine the nature of the target zone composition".
