Kin has signed to buy Gold Fields 800,000t.p.a. Lawlers processing plant in Western Australia on a C&M for 18-months, for its Leonora Gold Project in WA.
Kin is planning annual production of 45,000oz-50,000oz pa based on indicated-inferred JORC resources of 722,000oz.
The company is currently finalising the updated PFS on the Leonora project targeted to begin construction in mid-2017 and gold production in 2018.
I don't think KIN are in any position to go after a JV with EXU if that was what you were hinting as they are have financial problems with their Leonora plant.
Have blown the budget with what I have read.
EXU management will go this project alone and be very successful.
