What you are all most likely seeing is the algos from the index funds still chipping away, given PLS is in the 300. As BF says, if the demand was there, the price would be up, as the market can eventually overwhelm any supposed manipulator. To control the price like many believe would require the entity to have effectively infinite access to capital and shares which no one has. Just because one liked today's news so much they believe the SP should be way higher, doesn't mean it has to be nor does it mean the SP is being manipulated in any material capacity.
