NC mentions 1st qtr completion, he cant give a specific target date because he will get in trouble from the AELB for preempting..
30 SEP plant was i think 76% complete..
30 Nov plant was 86% complete...
i think the plant will be complete early FEB... because there may be some holidays over there too otherwise would have been mid to late jan...
papw, we are only weeks away.. others are still years away from production. Rare earth production is complicated and first one in which is LYC outside of china will be rewarded...
