ASX have few Q&A to explain few scenarios which explain where to go and what to do.
By complaining now, we are seeking governing agents attention on whatever unfold during next week and week after. I would say next week is the most important week.
1st potential EGM, which may not happen at all.
2nd PwC Creditors meeting which will be very interesting to know who these popped up creditors which we didn’t knew before and what are we owing to these creditors as a company, and this will tell us what sort of a mountain we have to climb over to stop this business topple over.
3rd bring attention of the authorities about the fake financial reports which they presented and sudden fraud which is worth 19mil that they found after receiving EGM notice from Clee
4th Bring authorities attention to auditors practice and not conducting proper due diligence about these fake loan payments and not cross checking them.
5 Director board still in control of part of the business even though they hand over the main body of the business to the administrators. Which should not happen at all. They should not run any part of the business, they claimed they are incompetent to fucd creditors, why allow them to run part of the business? To run that to ground?
6th IDSB transaction
I think the above 6 points concern me more than anything else. And I would like to raise my concern with the authorities as a shareholder of the company (doesn’t matter how much I have invested), also as an Australian citizen.
If any of you think this is worth a fight please join me and get it touch with ASIC and ASX (Please don’t contact PwC, which will cost us more)
