its interesting to note how much money CMY have raised over the last year, and the justification for the recent CR at awful price and massive dilution. personally, i believe they have spending way to much for a mere shell, with no justification for the many CR and dilutions. Nothing to show but a repeatedly pumped and dump trade, a very low SP, and burnt soph investors going way back throughout the year.
in essence, the SP represents high cash burn of a dodgy shell looking for another flimsy pump. sadly, i agree the current SP is probably about right, and was at a premium before.
