Togo is next to Nigeria, the place where Islamic extremists kidnap girls and sell them to neighbouring countries. I dont think too many expats will be putting their hands to work there. Trying to get finance will also be hard.
How come you sh granted 21,000,000 options to the 3 director at 3 cents.
That was hardly an incentive to perform as the share price was sometimes above 3 cents and sometime 2.7 cents at that time in 2011?
The ex director Mr Lee seems to have made a killing. Just after he resigned, also in 2011, the sp went to 37 cents. They must have known they had some great news coming.
The directors seem to have not brought much. Similarly they havent sold. Did the foundation directors put much into this company? Or was it just peanuts and then floated a company to speculators?
