I love your optimism, but why do these sort of anomolies always happen to QTK? Never saw this sort of thing happening with the likes of OXR when they were just minnows. TOX just did an acquisition, yes from an accounting point of view creates a little complexity, but they managed to deliver on time.

If you can't manage yourselves properly when it comes to compliance, then what hope have you got in running a legitimite business and looking after shareholders money. I don't think too many astute business managers would mark QTK's management history so far as anything other than woeful. Even with good opportunities, a bad management team can blow it very easily, it's one of the critical aspects of choosing stocks, especially speculative stocks, the quality of management.

It's just another blight in the company called QTK, and it's understandable that investors are very wary.
