Not looking at any of their other assets, I reckoned NSA was valued somewhere towards 50c, (with my fairly bullish outlook for the POO) which is why I was happy to add up to that value recently... and shocked to see them under 40c again. Would like to see the latest figures coming out of NSA though, and news of Paris Valley.
Would like to see them at $1 myself but will settle for 80c over the next year... :)
