Some months ago RM called a sell on HVN at around 1.80-1.90 level
I beg to differ ..
Most of the downgrade is properties valuation
Got little to do with business operations...
If you have a properties and it pay rent
Does it matter if it price go up and down every 3-6
Months? It only matters if you have to
Sell or force to refinance and HVN isn't doing any of that stuff
They keep adding more and more properties to
portfolio..
It went up because market are expecting much worse result
But they find HVN sale decline maybe hitting bottom and on the way
Backup... They have been restructuring their business to
Be less dependent on cheap margin stuff like hifi and
Electronics and more in bedding and furnitures and coffee
Machines and look like it start to pay off
