My earlier case was an asset play - for the right or wrong reason I did feel that the assets should move on to bigger players who can build it up more efficiently and cost effectively. And that is probably true except the management was slow or inept to make the asset sales at the right time. Really the asset sales should have been done in early 2012 when there was an appetite for the assets.
