I wish I was a director, the salaries are un-real.

Who cares if Arrowsmith is successfull when your on 400k a year, if it takes 3 years your a milionaire anyways !!!

I like companies who give them say 70k salary and work on bonus systems where if they meet targets they are rewarded.

Say the SP was 10c and we have had some success, I would be happy to pay 500k ++ a year

But we are at 2.8c and not been going great, should be on 100k a year.
