I wouldn't be surprised to see pictures of equipment merely moved from one side of the room to another side labeled as "progress" .... I have no confidence in the planning and construction that is currently occurring, give a construction company 20+ mil and they will build you a sky scraper in a matter of 6 months... give our guys the money they cant even build a storage shed in 10+ years....
