    its okay KOS we are all on the same boat, the lack of time frames suggests to me and confirms further my beliefs the plant is not going to be done this year, if it was going to be complete management would be advertising it on t.v with excitement after all this time, the only question now is when will the plant be complete, and where will the funds come from?
