This story fits well with the view that ERA will need to mine Jabiluka to survive & that they are hoping for the Fed Gov to help in getting the TO's go ahead.
Some, maybe cynically, say that Mal Brough's sudden interest, & the associated public attention, in the Aboriginal "problems" in NT are part of a larger plan to discredit the appropriateness of land (& national interest) decisions being made by small disfunctional communities.

Expect ERA to play the "endangered species" card to draw allies for the Jabiluka coup. If so, sp will continue to weaken & at some point will represent great buying.
