“Debentures” means any one or more of the 5,418,239 Series One Debentures, or 12,652,199 Series Two
Debentures, as the case requires, issued by the Company under its prospectus dated 3 October 2003.
sounds to me like not all debenture holders have agreed to roll over..........
Like you, I want to make money, but when a company gets intself into this much money trouble, look out below. It's never wise to be the last man standing when the music stops.
Here is the scene, MSC are selling half their business for one cent a share. That's the effect of doubling the numbers of shares on issue. The worry is; the money will be spent, and when more is needed, new issue will be even cheaper.
What they need is revenue big time.
