FARM IN UPDATE
The Board of Range Resources Limited (ASX: RRS) is pleased to advise that negotiations
with Canmex Minerals Corporation (“Canmex”) are progressing positively following the
recent signing of the previously announced MOU in relation to a proposed US$50m farm
in to acquire an 80% interest in the Nogal Basin and Darin Basin Blocks.
Range and Canmex executives recently met in Australia with both companies now
moving to finalise both the formal production sharing agreement with the Puntland
Government and the joint venture agreement between Range and Canmex.
Range has also had an independent research report completed on the Company and
its activities which is available on the Company’s website,
