Kacy, I am always sceptical on good, or bad, figures coming out of China.
If Marius Kloppers, perhaps its main raw materials supplier doesn't know what is going on there, I'm not going to second guess whether there's restocking, destocking or whatever.
But the Chinese stimulus package, as I recall, was an acknowledgement that in the face of a collapse of exports, there would be a compensating focus inward, on stimulating the domestic econonomy.
As far as I am aware, that remains the case.
