Pick any small cap stock that is going down and it seems like the favourite hotcopper theory is always that the instos and tree-shakers are manipulating the share price and pushing it down so they can accumulate. Those accumulators must have accumulated a truck load of crap stocks by now. Perhaps the simplest explanation applies and the sellers are just real sellers offloading stock.

With the cash report less than a month away, I suspect many buyers are sitting on their hands and waiting to see how much cash burn has happened in the last 3 months, how much further debt has been drawn down, and whether or not a capital raising is needed for working capital.
