guess there buying that 03-05c margin .

still below cost for me ,anyone out there no anything about
bond markets it seems they are the dictate for markets and i guess it would help explain the rationale of markets, that is assuming there is a rationale.

its all about confidence, houses are definitely on the move
the ordinary mum and dad places that start around 500k,scary
when you think 10k bought a home in 1970.

my little pocket calculator PV>FV always gives a scary result at @2.5-3% so much so it never registered as credible and yet the value has been met and surpassed every time.

time is the unpredictable variant and so it is with FMS
my entry around 12months ago said it should be happening now.

such is life,but i am not giving up even if it takes another 3-4years because i really believe this will be
a long term star hopefully a guiding life for my retirement
