Well it is still a bit risky. Some will be sitting on the sidelines waiting. Their strategies are more conservative than ours (except for maybe some holders left high and dry after MMK). To us we accept the risk, and feel comfortable creating a position. One good announcement of the project going forward and all is forgotten. Could be soon.
