    It would be extremely risky regardless of how advanced discussions are to not have enough capital to fund operating expenditures. More over you would need enough to account for any lead time to cover a CR if it's required. I have no idea how much cash they have now nor what the projected operating costs are but last update I saw the figure wasn't big. But I do hope your right in that something will happen soon.
