It's great that the business model is proving popular with investors but for the long term i really wish they would engage with customers. It's really very simple, and these days really cheap, to outsource a low volume After Hours Support Desk, via phone or online chat. Australia based Zendesk takes 15 minutes to launch on a global website. 20,000 downloads in 8 weeks is an outstanding achievement and needs to be locked in with good follow through.
Trust is most important to young demographic, and especially for finance apps.
