Very encouraging to see that we received 4 x 5 star recommendations yesterday, and the visibility score has almost doubled to 2,277. These are important criteria and it will be great to see them grow.
Personally I will be relieved once they introduce a 24 x 7 support desk. This is really much simpler and cheaper than you could possibly realise, and it's the very least that could be provided when asking strangers to deposit hundreds of dollars into your new app.
