In addition to these new features it would be useful to see what bugs are being addressed. Such a level of transparency isn't unusual for many successful, but not all, SaaS tools.
It's a shame that nobody from Product are engaging with the 26 Redditors who formed a thread on https://www.reddit.com/r/Douugh/.
Excluding the hijinks of r/WallstreetBeats the Reddit community is generally a rich and deep source of opinion, and a great place to engage Millenials and beyond. Working with such communities removes the need to make costly guesses.
