If a substantial holder or holders are accumulating, what is the requirement for them to report their increase or decrease of holdings to the market?
My understanding is they must report they are a substantial holder at 5% and if they keep buying they have to report when their holding changes by 1% either up or down.
Surely if these companies are accumulating then they would have gained a further 1% by now.
