Whilst it seems only newly listed companies and miners have to report quarterly,VMT have a history of updating the market quarterly' They normally do that within 25 to 40 days after the end of the quarter unless they issue early which as we learnt recently proceeds a Cap Raising.

So looks like we are not threatened with a CR but might have to wait a few days unless it lands in the next 10 minutes.

The buy side is practically non existant which is understandable given the fact that companies walking away from CO2 emissions targets and the world generally in a mess. Investors who can't afford to loose are rightly battening down the hatches, deserting growth stocks and retreating to safe havens. A lot of the uncertainty will disappear quickly when America's election is sorted IMO.
