My 2 cents worth is the share price at the minute is about fair value - ie $2.00. I believe they will announce numbers for the 2015/16 year at the very top end of expectation - that is a Sales Value of $360m and a NPAT of $32.5m (my number). After all a CEO is not going to put out an announcement on the 15 of June and not make the numbers. All CEO's like to say "they exceeded forecasts" or "at the top end of forecasts" so I go with the top end of the announcement - ie $360m ($NZ). The NPAT number (from my back of the envelope spreadsheet!) equates to about 4.6c a share. If you say a PE between 40 and 45 then you are saying a SP of between $1.84 to $2.07 $NZ. So I don't expect any great rise from the 2015/16 results.

The good news is there has not been a move in short activity which suggests to me the result will not disappoint the market.

However - there is always a however - I would hope (not expect) they give an update on trading for the 7 or so weeks into the 2016/17 year. This is what could get the SP moving. A 50% increase ( I believe not unreasonable) would see an expectation of a $540m sales value for the full year. This will get the market excited and I believe you could see $2.50 and - dare I say it - $3.00 by the end of the month. Guess time will tell - it always does.
