The reduced number of acquisitions during the reporting year should assist in providing a clearer picture of organic growth.
Occupancy levels, settlement dates of acquisitions, fees charged by those new acquisitions and the revenue that they have contributed should be quite easy to calculate as part of total earnings.
Hopefully, the reported earnings will be more detailed than previous years.
Will G8 provide the usual "sweetener" and release details of the final settlement of acquisitions at the same time, or within a few days of the reports. They've done it every year since 2011, astonishing coincidence.
