Running with your suggestion, why not make it 10% each @ say Airtasker's IPO P/Sx of 9.3x i.e. ~ A$1.20ps (~A$54M), with eBay providing personnel to make improvements.

IMO MB would likely be required to step down from the C-suite and eBay install a new CEO to drive change.

Considering how far FVRR has come in such a short space of time, experienced quality tech people could potentially make rapid improvements at FLN.

Assuming it's a success, everyone benefits- the founders, eBay, minority shareholders.

As someone mentioned, it wasn't long ago that FLN's revenue was greater than that of FVRR.

The market is currently pricing FLN at A$0.22 Billion. Imagine if FLN goes onto achieve FVRR’s MC of - US$11.24 Billion i.e. 65x FLN.

MB’s 44% FLN stake is currently worth ~ A$100 million. Assuming FVRR’s current MC is achieved, his ‘hypothetical’ 34% stake could be worth ~ A$5 billion.

MB has the contacts at eBay. But can he let go?

Somehow I doubt it will happen.
