    Takeover or not OZL is a good value at current price.
    Approx 1/2 of the company value is in cash and SFR shares.
    Also major shareholders bought OZL at much higher price so they would not allow the stock to be taken if the takeover offer was hostile.
    And mid Aug the chart started looking good too.
