I agree v you if my memory won't serve me wrong, The Aus Govt allow China to buy OZL few years ago but not for the PH mining coz was the reason is that too close to our Aus army defense department service ....So OZL Co.. had to keep the PH. If we can remember that point, we should understand the T/O is rumour... Isn't??
