The Doctor said that he was doing his bit for Jihad.
He didn't say he was just there to care for the babies .
This is a very important distinction in my opinion.
Would he help the baby of an ISIS 'S enemy ? My baby or your baby ?
Clearly he did in Western Hospitals but he is at war now as his testament above shows. ISIS have shown no mercy to anybody.
Our medical troops would have always helped a soldier in need no matter his/her allegiance.
