    well its been a long time since the last announcement.
    As the pending share issue $ will be based on the the s.p. for the period preceeding the issue date(which I cannot recall) and in conjuction with the current reduced share price, ENG should hit the market will a flurry positive/impressive announcements to heavily increase the s.p. before issue date.
