The fact is, that during the boards window of being able to buy shares, they just should knowing it will instill some market confidence.
even if that window is say twice a year and WP and the board started to buy 4-10 k every time that should boast the SP and give some market confidence, with such massive salaries it sld be a given.
WP should address this at the next meeting and stipulate that in recognition of this they will start to buy on market. this wld give way more confidence then the whole this will stop the day traders line many year ago
